We are actively looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to join our team Key Responsibilities Ongoing audit of current business systems, principally focused on ERP Testing of system upgrades Management of workflows across the business within relevant systems Management of Reporting libraries for both Excel and Power BI Assist department in implementation of ongoing software projects including requirements gathering, system design, and assessing functional requirements Ensure system documentation is up to date and maintained by System team Assist in development of functionality of current systems Assist in development of companywide reporting through Excel and Power BI Develop knowledge of industry trends with a focus on analytics and systems Focus on process automation through knowledge of Power Automate and current systems Manage meeting minutes and ensure points are actioned Assist in reporting on department deliverables Qualification Essential Degree in IT/ Business Systems/Computer Science/Finance Experience and Knowledge Essential Familiar with Excel and Teams Desirable Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, SQL Databases, or Power Automate Abilities and Skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Detail orientated and strong organizational skills. Flexibility, willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and systems Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and use effective analytical problem-solving skills Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
