My client, based in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced legal assistant with a background in residential conveyancing to join their busy residential conveyancing department.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.

The role involves handling post-completion requirements, including:
1. HMLR registrations and requisitions,
2. Stamp duty returns,
3. Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers,
4. Requesting redemption figures,
5. Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs,
6. Reporting to clients with contracts for signing,
7. Submitting searches, and
8. Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status.
Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a polished telephone manner are essential.
