The restaurant is dedicated to delivering top-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce and premium ingredients from trusted suppliers.

* Competitive pay: £15.50 - £16.50 per hour/£38,000-41,000 pa
* Full-time hours: 48 hours per week

Requirements:
* Essential: Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably Michelin-starred
* Required: Strong background in French cuisine
