JOB PURPOSE:
You need to already be a business-winning Sales Consultant, with emphasis on building and winning Oracle FINANCIALS Application opportunities. This role is very important to the ongoing success & growth of Symatrix and you will focus on expanding opportunities for both Consulting Projects AND Application Management Services of Oracle Cloud ERP FINANCIALS (including the Ledgers, Procurement, Supply-Chain).
Your responsibilities:
* Your primary objective is to sell Symatrix Managed Services and Consulting Projects into Oracle Cloud Customers (specifically ERP Financials).
* To exceed Sales Targets by owning, driving and winning opportunities across Oracle’s extensive Customer-Base.
* Own and Manage the end–to-end Sales Process to deliver against a range of performance metrics.
* Seek and engage prospect organisations by positioning our offerings and solutions, challenging the prospect by leading with Oracle experience, business cases, references, and insight from the marketplace.
* Foster strong relationships with prospects and Customers and generate leads through the Client qualification process.
* Report accurately on Sales Pipeline to meet Sales objectives and identify market opportunities for new and existing Symatrix services.
* Management of a formal bidding cycle – PQQ, RFP, ITT, coordinating and completing the documentation with support from Symatrix and Oracle resources.
* Supporting and delivering marketing activities such as Client seminars and the creation of Symatrix collateral.
* Work with the Oracle Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure multi-level relationships and coverage within the account.
Your Experience:
* Experience in Selling ORACLE ERP FINANCIALS Solutions & Services.
* Demonstrable track record of Sales achievement in your previous Sales roles.
* Previous evidence of building strong relationships with the prospect / Customer community.
* Knowledge of the back-office applications marketplace.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with Clients, colleagues, and partners.
* Well organised and structured in approach.
* Experience of building and contributing to business cases.
* Sales Methodologies and techniques.
* Knowledge of IT Project Implementation Methodologies.
The role is a PERMANENT position based in the UK (covering all of UK).
The role requires eligibility for UK Government Clearance at SC Level.
SALARY / BENEFITS PACKAGE:
VERY COMPETITIVE SALARY with a great Commission-Plan making the all-up OTE roughly DOUBLE your Basic.
