The Enterprise Architecture team plays an important role in serving the needs of Fidelity by enabling the Business, Technology and Data strategies to flourish and realise targeted business opportunities and value. Enterprise Architecture operates across portfolio delivery and enterprise domain s, ensuring there is the right balance between what is sensible for the enterprise and programme specific needs. About your role Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Global Platform Solutions (GPS) are the two main business pillars within Fidelity, supported by the third pillar, Corporate Enablers (CE), in which Enterprise Architecture resides. In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture function for GPS, which incorporates our Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, Brokerage and Stock P lan Services businesses. This includes providing thought leadership to Business and Technology stakeholders, direct ing investment and transformation opportunities to deliver GPS initiatives in line with Fidelity’s Technology and Data strategies, work with Technology Delivery on their roadmaps and provide governance. GPS is on a substantial multi-year change programme and have recently embarked on an Agile transformation, with a reimagined capability model that require s architectural elements embedded into the end-to-end flow, which is what this role will focus on. About you You are an experienced A rchitect who has led globally distributed A rchitecture or T echnology teams, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders. You have experience of Enterprise Architecture, creating standards and frameworks by which an organisation operates. Y ou are up to date on modern A rchitecture principles and technologies to provide the guidance and thought leadership th is organisation requires to simplify, automate and embed architectural practises.
