Registered Home Manager – Edwinstowe
Up to £60,000 plus bonus
We are working with a well-established care provider seeking a Registered Home Manager for a 49-bed nursing and care home in Edwinstowe (NG21 9PA). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to drive quality care while benefiting from strong professional development and financial incentives.
The Role:
* Oversee all aspects of resident care, compliance, and occupancy.
* Lead and develop your team to maintain high standards and engagement.
* Ensure CQC compliance and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with senior leadership to align with the group’s mission and values.
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + 15% quarterly performance bonus
CQC Compliance Bonus: Up to £9,800 for an Outstanding rating

Holidays: 33 days (inc. bank holidays)
No Weekend On-Call: Dedicated cover in place

Who We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a care home
NVQ Level 3+ (or a Registered Nurse), willing to work towards NVQ 5/7
Strong leadership, compliance, and occupancy management skills
Based within 30 minutes’ drive of the home
