Role : Credit Controller Location : Shenton House, Andover, Hampshire Salary : £28,000 to £34,000 Hours : 39.5 hours/pw Shenton Group is on the lookout for a bright and conscientious Credit Controller to join our team What’s the role? As a Credit Controller, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to our colleagues, clients and suppliers all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires thorough management of the debtors ledger, adherence to robust business practices to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, reconciliation of transactions, posting of cash receipts onto SAP, and the monitoring of account mailboxes. Experience of credit management is essential as is a basic understanding of commercial terms and cash flow management. You need to be comfortable using Excel and ideally have knowledge of SAP Business One or a similar system. You need to be able to collaborate with the team and take responsibility for tasks. You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges. Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required. A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in. What’s in it for you?
