We are a specialist law firm, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, practising in the areas of: estate planning, Wills and trust drafting and associated land registry work, probate and estate administration and conveyancing.
Legal Assistant
We are looking for a suitable individual to become part of our growing legal team, educated to further education level, such as A levels or college qualification, experience desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
This opportunity will see an individual supporting a broad range of private client matters, including drafting legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, providing clear and concise advice and support, ensuring the back-office systems are up to date and accurate and providing general administrative support to the business, as well as logging submissions on HM Land Registry portal.

Key Duties:
* Drafting legal documents, including Wills and Trusts and correspondence
* Preparing land registry forms for HMLR filing
* Completing tasks on the Land Registry portal
* Providing general administrative support to the office including - scanning, sending client letters, email, using word, adobe, and intelligent office
* Making and receiving telephone calls
