We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator who thrives on detail, has an outstanding telephone manner, and is ready to make a positive impact for a company based in Worthing. This role is a temporary position working in the office full time; reception and administration experience is essential.
As an Administrator you will:
* Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries
* Monitor visitors
* Ensure the office is kept presentable
* Order stationery and office supplies
* Handle complaints as per Company policy
* Manage the Company database, shared calendar, and ensure meeting rooms and parking are available for guests and visitors
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail
The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.
