The role
As part of the global People team, this role can improve the experience our team members and managers have when dealing with all the transactional HR they need to manage. You will deliver first-class administrative support for all ‘established’ team members; helping triage queries from team members and resolving administrative needs, for everyone from the point they join our team until it’s time to move on.
What you will do
* Report to Director, MI, Systems & Reward and supported by direction from global People leadership team and regional business leaders, working closely with the business partners to support the delivery against People priorities and provide transactional and tier one & two support to the business.
* Act as an integral part of an engaged team providing first-class customer service, professional and personable support to the business.
* Provide accurate, effective HR admin services to the business, simplifying processes and minimising admin effort ('digital first') for team members and managers.
* Deliver customer-focused service delivering against agreed service level agreements (SLA’s).
* Conduct all HR transactional actions including; Offer and Contract services; pre-employment screening checks; support all general people-related queries.
* Assist People Team Business Partners with the coordination of initiatives.
* Use generalist HR knowledge and understanding of company policies and processes to provide tier one & two and administrative support and query resolution on the full range of HR activity.
* Support the maintaining and updating of our HRIS & Learning Management platforms.
What are we looking for
* Experience of providing a high level of customer service ideally delivering high volume and precise administration.
* Experience of supporting a variety of clients in transactional HR.
* Confident in providing first line advice to line managers.
* Personable and solution-focused, with a desire to make everyday tasks easier for people.
* Confident with ambiguity, and able to suggest improvements to processes, whilst deploying high attention to detail.
* Skills and knowledge across the full range of Microsoft tools, plus bespoke databases. Ideally with experience of working with automated processes including, HRIS and Learning Management systems.
* A flexible approach to working which will allow you to support our teams across multiple time zones.
