Support project management and ensure smooth PMO functioning. Key responsibilities include delivering administrative services, supporting financial processes, and maintaining governance. Prior experience in a busy office environment required.
* Financial services: generating reports, governance, capacity planning, work allocation, onboarding, offboarding, organisational charts, distribution lists, holiday tracking.
o Support PMO Team with financial processes.
o Support PMO Team in governance.
o Input to team capacity planning.
o Support Demand & Supply service with onboarding and offboarding processes.
o Maintain organisational charts and distribution lists.
o Run reports to track holiday bookings.
* Prior experience in a busy office environment or related roles.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
