We’re looking for a skilled Transformation Project Manager to drive our UK Product Transformation agenda, ensuring the continued evolution of our business. This role will be at the heart of change, working across systems, data, products, and business processes to deliver impactful improvements. You’ll define, plan, and manage multiple workstreams, driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders. With strong project and change management expertise, you’ll bridge technical and business needs—translating complex data, analytics, and product strategies into clear, actionable plans that drive real results.
We are looking for someone with:
* Accreditation in, or demonstrable understanding of, a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2 and AGILE, whether it is APM, PMI, MSP etc.
* Proven track record of delivery within a change-oriented role, ideally within the financial services sector.
* Significant experience of working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment to successfully manage and deliver simultaneous projects and workstreams.
* Excellent planning and project management skills.
* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels and build relationships.
* Commercially aware and possessing sound business acumen.
* Change-oriented and ability to make change happen.
* Strong verbal communication and negotiating skills.
