About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Northern Ireland, GB, and ROI. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys consultative selling. You will generate leads, build relationships, and close deals, all while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions across IT, Telecoms, and Connectivity.
* Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
* Manage your own time effectively, using social media and other tools to maximise outreach.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales operations, pre-sales, finance, and service delivery.
* Maintain and grow the accounts you sign, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports on your sales pipeline and activity.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, telecoms, or a high-growth sector.
* A highly motivated, results-driven individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to generate leads from scratch and close deals effectively.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* A professional approach with a passion for customer success.
* A team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues.
