A Not for Profit Organisation in the care sector is looking for an Interim HR Advisor to assist due to a leaver and changes - around 3 months.
Your new role
You will join the HR Advisory team looking after a specific geographical area (Lincoln and Nottinghamshire).
Agile working - 2 to 3 days a week at sites and/or home working (manage own diary after 1st week ONSITE for training/induction).
This is a busy role, reporting to the HR Manager and providing comprehensive HR Advisory and ER casework provision. You will also get involved in some process review work, HR documentation/Standard Operating Procedure updates, and Policy review/updates.
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £30000 to £35000 - paid via an hourly rate, weekly via timesheets. There is a possibility that this role may be extended.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role - 40 hours a week (flexible hours).
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in ER/HR Advisory - ideally from a regulated environment (safeguarding). Car owner - due to site visits (claim mileage).
