Expert Law is a leading Law Firm and is looking to hire a permanent Call Centre Executive to work within their team.
In this role, the successful applicant will be speaking to potential clients looking for Immigration Advice and need to speak to one of our advisors.
This position does not require any cold calling, and all leads are inbound via our website and direct advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls to convert them into clients.
2. Sell to customers our legal services and increase order value, introducing new promotions, products, and product groups not previously purchased.
3. Develop sales opportunities through careful analysis of data and account statistics.
4. Manage all leads via our CRM to ensure all clients are kept updated and achieve maximum conversion rates.
5. Achieve Key Performance Indicators as set by management.
6. Ability to learn quickly how immigration works and be a keen and fast learner.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous telesales/sales experience.
2. Able to work accurately to timescales.
3. Good telephone manner.
4. Sales focused with drive to deliver against targets.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic - Plus Commission
OTE: £30K - £35K
