We are looking for an Experienced New Home Adviser with a proven track record in the property industry, focusing on new build developments. This role is crucial in guiding potential buyers through the home buying process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Day-to-day of the role: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our new build homes. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, including negotiations and contract signing. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed advice. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in New Build Property sales, with a focus on new build developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of the property market and new build developments. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
