Mobile & PC Provided Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for IT-related queries via telephone, email, and in-person, ensuring all requests are resolved efficiently and within SLA response times. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to operating systems, office applications, notebooks, mobile devices, and printers within a client/server network environment. Accurately log and track all support requests in the ticketing system to enhance internal service efficiency. Maintain and update the IT knowledge base by documenting recurring issues and their solutions. Assist in IT administrative tasks, including backups, maintenance, and system rollouts. Coordinate with external service providers for issue resolution where necessary. What Were Looking For: ? Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent qualification ? Several years of professional experience in 1st level IT support ? Strong knowledge of current IT technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools ? Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory ? Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset ? Good command of English (additional languages are a plus) ? Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team ?
