TEKsystems Global Services are currently engaged with an asset management firm who are looking to onboard a Business Risk Advisor to join their Business Risk Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand operational processes to provide a holistic view of risks.
2. Support regional leadership in governance, monitoring, and risk reporting.
3. Ensure accurate and timely risk information reporting.
4. Support risk assessment and reduction initiatives.
5. Implement global risk management practices and oversee third-party relationships.
6. Collaborate with second and third lines of defense and interact with regulators, clients, and auditors.
Skills and Qualifications:
7. Knowledge of Global Markets financial products, services, and local regulations (FCA, BaFin, MiFID).
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. High standards of quality, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytics.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Archer risk system is a plus.
12. 7+ years of experience in audit, compliance, operations, or business risk in financial services preferred.
