Quest Employment is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide timely and effective support to our clients' technology infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues. You will also be responsible for documenting technical issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to management on service desk performance.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Italian is essential, as you will be working closely with clients who speak this language.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
