An exciting opportunity to work as the Service Manager role for General Surgery within the GS-ACT division.
We are looking for an effective leader with proven delivery experience in a fast paced environment who will approach this interesting and varied position with energy and enthusiasm.
The service has achieved exceptional outcomes and have demonstrated drive, passion and enthusiasm to bring down patient waiting times, streamlining and re-design clinical pathways.
The Bariatric team were one of the first services to lead the way with Hit Lists and Super Clinics and this year won the Trusts Staff Award in Innovation and Improvement.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an effective leader with proven delivery experience in a fast paced environment who will approach this interesting and varied position with energy and enthusiasm.
Full operational management of the clinical services, which includes performance against internal and national KPIs, clinical governance, financial management, service development and staff management.
