The school is looking for a teacher to join their team for the 2024/2025 academic year starting September. The position is with a two-form entry school who’s main priority is to enable children to achieve their academic potential and progress confidently into the next phase of their education.Your new roleIn this role as an Early Years teacher, you will be trusted in the day to day running of classes. Ensuring that children have a fun, positive and safe environment to learn and grow in. This may entail setting up engaging activities, delivering phonics sessions and monitoring the safety of the learning environment. To be successful at this school you must have drive and the capacity to continually improve. Full teacher responsibilities will be expected, so the school will be looking to pay to scale from day one.What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need to have:
1. Qualified teacher status.
2. An in depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
3. Experience working within in a Early Years setting. This is useful but not essential.
4. Experience using phonics.
5. An up-to-date DBS or willingness to get one.
6. The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
