Job Description
Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning and control, with experience in developing comprehensive project plans using Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning Programs as part of the project team.
* Establish Project Controls Systems specific to each project, including WBS setup, Progress Measurement System development, S-Curve creation, cost loading, and schedule baselining.
* Monitor and analyze progress of all works, direct and subcontracted, utilizing a bespoke Progress Measurement System (PMS).
* Manage site planning teams, overseeing labor hours, efficiency analysis, schedule updates, system turnover tracking, delay monitoring, and client notification.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in construction planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or data center projects.
* Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical construction, with a proven track record in people management.
* Familiarity with Delay Analysis Techniques is highly desirable.
