Bluebird Care is recruiting for a Customer Supervisor to join our team in Lymington, to support building the business. This role is full-time- Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm, plus paid weekend on-call duties. START DATE will be 1st February 2025 The successful candidate must be able to drive and have regular access to their own car and must have unrestricted permissions to work in the UK. So we would prefer to find a candidate who has local knowledge in either the Lymington and New Milton area or in the Hythe and Dibden Purlieu area. Your main duties as a Customer Supervisor: Build relationships with health professionals and key community contacts Be able to communicate confidently with potential customers Seeking out and attending networking opportunities in the local community Liaise with the manager and coordinator regarding availability Create tailored, customer-specific care plans Be responsible for the onboarding process of our new customers Regularly monitor and review the care provided to ensure it is meeting the needs of the customer Coaching and mentoring of a team of care assistants Be a part of the on-call rota (minimum of 1 evening weekdays and 1 in every 4 weekends) The ideal Customer Supervisor will have the following attributes: A proactive can-do attitude A passion to deliver high-quality care. Extremely good customer relations person, presentable and assertive and good with communication. High energy and eager to help us to develop this area. Extremely good at selling and converting customer enquiries, so you will need to be eager to drive our business. Have excellent Customer service approach Strong computer skills as all our care planning is done online as well as understanding the mobile technology for our care systems. Have a hands-on approach as you might have to help out with care calls in case of emergencies. Strong people management skills Good reporting skills both verbal and written. Good English standard in writing. Have excellent knowledge of the local area Although care experience is desirable, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
