It also means that you’ll have the necessary backing and support to help develop the team. They are a close-knit team. You’ll be one of 4 residential property fee earners and will work closely with the Senior Partner. Therefore, you’ll have someone by your side who has overseen the team for the last few years. Hybrid working comes as standard. You’ll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week. What you’ll be doing Working together with the Senior Partner, you will help grow the department, improve processes and mentor junior Solicitors. You’ll play a leading role in running residential property sales and purchases from initial instruction through to completion. What you’ll need 8 PQE Solicitor. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Or you could be a Licensed Conveyancer with equivalent experience. Experience in residential property. Dealing with files from start to finish.
