Role Overview In this dynamic role, you will work within a busy office and on-site environment to support the successful delivery of solar energy projects across the UK. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep projects on track and ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly. Your role will involve regular communication with different project team members, from design teams to procurement, and you will report directly to project managers while assisting site managers in getting the necessary resources delivered on time. What will you be doing? Communicating with all members of the project team, and senior management Hiring plant, welfare and arranging accommodation for site members Recording all procured items on the purchase order system Arranging meetings and taking minutes Balancing office-based work with site visits Overseeing the PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) process for projects What are we looking for?
