Job Description
This is an evening reception role Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-8pm.
As a Receptionist, you will...
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
* Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
* Answer emails, book tables into the restaurant.
* Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
* Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
