They are looking for a proactive Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who isn't afraid to make changes and get their hands dirty to elevate their F&B offerings. You will be delving into the world of light lunches, afternoon teas, all-day dining, and weddings and events. Ideally, you will have experience working in branded hotels. Implementing innovative strategies to increase the quality and meet and exceed guest expectations. Ensuring optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the F&B outlets. Encouraging seamless guest service, using 5-star communication skills, your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards. Building positive working relationships with all other departments.
