We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Joint Managing Directors and the Development Team. This is a key role where you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full Executive Assistant and administrative support to the Joint Managing Directors.
* Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
* Organise and manage events for the Directors and Development Team.
* Provide administrative support to the Development Team, including handling land proformas and documentation.
* Manage emails and contacts for the Directors, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, emails, and letters on behalf of the Directors and Development Team.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Handle personal tasks for the Directors, including travel arrangements, personal shopping, and organising events such as the Christmas party.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
* Experience in the construction or property development sector is desirable but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.
* Professional, diplomatic, and confident with a proactive approach.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
