Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.\n\nPay Rate: £30K pro rata + commission and car allowance\n\nFlexible to be agreed\n\nVariable on business needs\n\nAbout the business\n\nOur client is a washroom services business. They supply, install and service sanitary and nappy systems, air fragrance, soap and paper products, business to business.\n\nRoles:\n\nLead generating\n\n * Hunt out opportunities within the South Yorkshire area for new business.\n\n * Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.\n\n * Contact any new inbound leads and quote our services accordingly\n\n * Network both on social media and in a network environment to prospect.\n\nAdministrative Assistance\n\n * Collate all potential clients in a CRM system.\n\n * Serve as the primary point of contact for all new business and existing business upsell.\n\nData and Analytics\n\n * Assist in gathering and reporting sales data.\n\n * Prepare sales performance reports and presentations.\n\nSales Target\n\n * Meeting monthly sales targets.\n\n * Generating opportunities and converting leads within targets.\n\n * Prepare and edit sales-related correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.\n\nSales Activity Coordination\n\n * Schedule and coordinate sales activities, including client meetings, calls, and presentations.\n\n * Prepare and distribute sales materials and proposals.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management\n\n * Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.\n\n * Track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities and to identify trends.\n\nCommunication Management\n\n * Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications related to sales.\n\nSales Documentation\n\n * Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, proposals, and agreements.\n\n * Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.\n\nSales Project Support\n\n * Assist in the planning and execution of sales projects and initiatives.\n\n * Provide administrative support for sales campaigns and promotional activities.\n\nPerformance Tracking\n\n * Monitor and track the progress of sales targets and objectives.\n\n * Report any discrepancies or issues to the Managing Director for timely resolution.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\n * Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.\n\n * Stay updated on sales best practices and new tools or technologies that could benefit the Managing Director and the sales team
