We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Trustee & Depositary II to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

Team overview:
The Depositary function is a specialist provider of fiduciary services to UCITS, Non-UCITS and AIFMD Fund Structures. The core responsibility of the Depositary is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and provide oversight on the activities of the scheme.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Monitor and review real estate, private equity, fund of funds and private debt transactions.
2. Perform controls related to ownership verification and review legal documentation.
3. Follow the procedures and controls designed to ensure activity is performed according to regulatory requirements.
4. Report findings according to the escalation procedure and initiate corrective actions.
5. Build effective relationships with clients and have the knowledge to explain the regulatory background related to the requirements.
6. Respond to queries from external auditors, regulators, clients and internal departments.
7. Support team members, share knowledge and provide training.
8. Contribute to internal projects.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
1. 3 years of experience in the fund industry is required – experience in real estate, private equity or debt funds is essential.
2. Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered an advantage.
3. Proficient command of Microsoft Office.
4. Strong analytical, organization and communication (verbal and written) skills.
5. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
