Construction Project Manager
Location: Cheltenham / hybrid
Salary: cGBP55k neg dep exp + benefits
Our client has been established for more than 30 years and is a global market leader in providing the highest quality infrastructure solutions worldwide. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025, they are now seeking to recruit an organised and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of proactive planning and delivery of multiple projects while maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service, and satisfaction provided by the refurbishment division.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, planning, and logistics of temporary build solutions.
2. Ensure solutions are planned effectively and meet the highest quality standards while complying fully with industry regulations.
3. Meet often pressurised timescales and deadlines while remaining within budget.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Engage with and influence customers, suppliers, and tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.).
6. Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
7. Utilize project management software and tools effectively.
Requirements:
1. Considerable experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Experience in modular construction is distinctly advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
5. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for site travel.
