You’ll devise and deliver a range of marketing plans and activities designed to target key sectors and markets with the aim of driving existing members/new members to utilise their products and services. Responsibilities: Working with both the digital agency and internal marketing team you will enhance brand awareness, drive usage and revenue through paid media, SEO, and social media strategies. Design and optimise user journeys, utilising marketing automation tools to improve user experience, conversion rates, and revenue. Oversee and update website content and messaging to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Coordinate with the events team to ensure maximum visibility for products and services at both regional and national events. Create marketing activity plans for all products and services. Work closely with the design team to fulfil any creative requirements. Write and produce engaging content for various platforms, including email, social media, and more. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying key takeaways and sharing best practices with the team. Collaborate with the research team to analyse usage patterns of sub-brands and identify opportunities to strengthen their value proposition. Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts.
