Knowledge
Essential
1. Up to date knowledge of training, delivery and organisational development
2. Current knowledge of a range of OD theories and methodologies
3. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
4. Demonstrate understanding of acute hospital culture, systems and processes
Desirable
5. Knowledge of quality improvement approaches
6. Knowledge of NHS IT systems eg ESR
7. Knowledge of NHS Staff Surveys
8. Understanding of NHS People Plan
Qualifications
Essential
9. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
10. Training, Teaching and Facilitation qualification or equivalent experience
11. Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development
Desirable
12. OD Practitioner qualification or equivalent
13. Coaching qualification
Experience
Essential
14. Significant experience of developing and delivering training and OD interventions
15. Significant experience of facilitating focus groups and delivering presentations
16. Significant experience of managing organisational surveys, data interpretation and quality assurance frameworks
17. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
18. Credibility to work with all staff groups
19. Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to present complex and /or sensitive information
