About the Role
As a Graduate Marketing Operations Agent, you will be responsible for:
1. Operating our marketing automation software to identify and segment bespoke B2B audiences as well as to build marketing collateral for our events.
2. Managing and launching tailored email marketing campaigns and landing pages using Oracle Eloqua (full training provided).
3. Reporting and providing data on the marketing campaigns you are responsible for.
4. Handling administrative duties in a marketing setting and using time management tools to keep on top of your workload.
5. Collaborating with various departments across Reuters Events to ensure the commercial success of our conferences.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Graduate Marketing Operations Agent if you:
6. Have a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in marketing.
7. Are a quick learner and able to pick up relatively complex systems and processes quickly.
8. Have excellent time management and organisational skills (this is highly desirable).
9. Have great attention to detail.
10. Are a collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, and able to work and communicate effectively with people across the business.
11. Have a good degree of computer literacy. (It’s not a requirement, but we’d love to hear more about any experience you may have with Salesforce or HTML within your cover letter).
