Project Administrator Industry: Signage Industry Location: Ashford, Kent Salary: £26k
My client is a leading specialist within the signage sectors that provide design, production and installations services to their prestigious clients. Their knowledge and experience are unparalleled in the sector, and they are now looking to add a Project Administrator to their projects team to add administrative support to the team. This role would be suited to someone within a construction admin background, who is looking to get into an office-based role. The successful candidate will be highly organised and computer literate.
Job RoleThey are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:
- Booking in signage jobs - Managing emails and raising PO's- Managing spreadsheet, in putting data and making schedules - Communicating with outsource teams and managing project roll outs- Deliver all jobs on clarity for invoicing - Attend and make notes in production meetings - Admin duties, photocopying and recording time sheets / overtime for the team of installers weekly
