Excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA or ACCA Audit Manager to join a highly regarded Practice in the Wigan area. Responsibilities will include:
Full remit of Audit from planning to completion a across your own portfolio of businesses (including construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality)
Supervising junior audit and accounts staff
Identify and resolving complex audit matters - referring them on to the relevant partner as necessary
Ensuring files are complete and ready for Partner review
Liaise with clients to ensure a timely delivery of services
Managing client relationships
Organising and leading Audit Team Meetings
Managing staff appraisals and development
Applicants will be ACA or ACA Qualified and previous UK Audit experience is essential. You will have excellent communication skills and will be a team player used to working in a collaborative team where everyone works to support one another. Salary negotiable depending on skills, qualifications and experience (Envisaged £55k-£65k), 25 days hols, 3% pension, Good development/progression prospects, onsite parking. 100% office based (no hybrid) but with flexible start and end times around core hours.
