That's where you come in. You'll be the HR Business Partner to one of the busiest manufacturing sites. 100's of people, multiple shifts, constant movement. What you'll actually be doing: Supporting line managers who need more than just a policy PDF Advising on absence, ER, disciplinaries - you know, the proper stuff Coaching and influencing senior managers (yes, even the ones who 'don't do HR') Driving engagement, retention, succession planning - all the good HRBP buzzwords Making sure we do things legally, ethically, and without unnecessary faff What we're looking for: A decent amount of HR experience in manufacturing or a similar mad-paced environment Someone who knows the law.
