About the Role The role of people business partner sits within the People & Culture area of the PXC People team. What you will be working on This role requires an exceptional and forward thinking individual helping to successfully implement our people strategy throughout our evolving organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll develop and own People Plans and drive a progressive range of activities to support our business objectives. This role is at the heart of a rapidly changing and growing business, working in an exciting environment. The People Business Partner is the strategic partner to members of the senior leadership team and supports in delivering the people strategy through effective organisation design, talent management, engagement strategies and the delivery of critical programmes. As PXC continues its transformation to more agile ways of working, the delivery of people strategy will be a critical component of organisational success. Our business partners will be key to the acceleration of business success whilst making wider impact to our employee experience. The People Business Partner is aware of industry and profession advancements and brings best practice to the forefront for discussion and planning. You will hold accountability for two or more of the following: People leadership People plans across multiple international locations Significant transformation within area of business partnering What will make you successful in your role? Partner with the senior leadership to design and drive people initiatives in flow down from PXC people plans and transformation programmes. this is likely across multiple locations, transformation programmes and strategic company wide initiatives. Role model strategic partnering as you collaborate with other People Business Partners to bring consistency of experience around best practice, people expertise and advice. Use data driven analysis to bridge trends, identify requirements and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement and high performance Deliver the planning, managing and successful implementation of business change, including business integrations, transfers & restructures. Work with the People centres of excellence to translate localised requirements into actionable programmes to hire, develop & reward talent across your business areas. Consult with the CofE’s to share organizational challenges and opportunities. Drive talent management and performance improvement and ensure consistently of approach How we look after our employees.
