We are currently recruiting a Trainee Manager at our Key Operational site in the South Sunderland area. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will:
* Receive comprehensive training across various production and site operations.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of site processes and functions.
* Support the day-to-day running of manufacturing operations.
* Collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree-level education or equivalent. (Planning / Production and Logistics backgrounds of most interest)
* A proactive approach to learning and acquiring new skills.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
* A conscientious and adaptable mindset with a focus on teamwork.
* The potential to lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* An interest in manufacturing and production operations.
* A continuous improvement mindset and drive for innovation.
What We Offer
* A starting salary of £30,000 during a 9-month training period, increasing to £35,000 upon successful completion.
