As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in you'll supervise multiple sites across the Birmingham and Derby area and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet Approved Premises (APs) contribute to the effective risk management of people released from prison by providing an enhanced level of supervision, monitoring and rehabilitation within the community. The post will provide you experience of working with complex and vulnerable people and an understanding of residential setting within the Criminal Justice System. What you'll do: Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner. You'll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks. In this role, you'll be given a lot of responsibility to ensure yours and you're teams tasks are carried out within the timescales given. Use your own initiative in reviewing the impact that your team are having on you're site, as your leadership should pave the way of successful feedback from the client. Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances. Also ensuring that a record of this is kept for compliance. Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards. Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles. What you bring: Full UK driving license Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
