Peaple Talent has partnered with an MSP organisation who are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills to provide onsite and telephone support to end-users who are changing lives!
Training will be provided to get you up to speed with Active Directory, M365, Windows OS & Server.
The Role:
Based in the office you will be tasked with the following:
-To manage and prioritise own workload (i.e., assigned tickets, calls and tasks to ensure customers are kept updated)
-To ensure existing processes and procedures are adhered to (e.g., where authorisation is required from certain customers before carrying out actions, managing major incident processes, and producing incident reports)
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this 1st Line Support role will have experience in a similar helpdesk position or customer services role with a passion for IT.

The Package:
Basic salary: £26,000 per annum
