Requirements Apprentice Internal Systems Technician Our Internal Systems team procure, maintain and support all communications, network systems, software and hardware for Gresham employees to carry out their work effectively and productively. As an Internal Systems Technician, you will undertake an Apprenticeship, supported by Gresham and will work with the team to provide exceptional technical support to Gresham’s employees in order to ensure quick response times, low levels of downtime and excellent issue resolution. This is an entry level role so whilst you may not have much work experience, you will have an interest in IT and a willingness to learn at pace. More importantly, you will have excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills and a positive attitude and be able to maintain exceptional levels of customer service, remaining calm and professional even when faced with complex problems or difficult situations. You will thrive working collaboratively as part of a team and at the same time will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously, managing your own time. An interest in Financial Services would be a bonus, and ideally you will have some commercial experience gained through an industrial placement or work experience, along with a can-do attitude with plenty of new ideas and perspectives to help us continue to innovate.
