As a Change and Improvement Officer, you will play a key role in driving positive change across the business. Acting as the link between transformation areas and operational teams, you will support the delivery of change and improvement projects, ensuring that new processes, systems, and ways of working are embedded effectively. In this role you will: Lead reviews and assessments as part of a coordinated transformation approach, including mapping the current ("as is") and future ("to be") states of processes. Provide robust performance and systems analysis based on evidence and customer insight, challenging the status quo to support improvement. Identify and address the root causes of operational issues to promote continuous improvement and cultural change. Drive the modernisation and efficiency of operational processes to enhance the customer experience, aligning with business objectives and strategic priorities. Support business leads in implementing new systems and digital solutions, ensuring maximum benefit is realised from changes. Assist managers in embedding changes into day-to-day operations, ensuring new approaches become routine. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Business Analysis and Change Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for improving the customer experience Excellent IT skills, including knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio (or equivalent).
