Customer Services Senior Library Assistant x2 (109287-1224)
We are seeking to appoint Senior Library Assistants in the Customer Services team at the University of Warwick. This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment for the Library following the transformation of our services and the launch of a new strategy. The role includes line management of Library Assistants, whilst supporting the operational delivery and development of excellent frontline customer services.
Available Shift Patterns
1. Post 1 (0.5 FTE): Mon 08:00 to 14:45, Sat and Sun 08:00 to 14:30
2. Post 2 (0.5 FTE): Mon 13:15 to 20:00, Tues and Sun 13:30 to 20:00
This also applies to those weeks which include bank holidays and statutory/customary days, where you will be rostered to work as required.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.

About You
We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Customer Services team. The successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal, organisation and motivational skills and demonstrable experience of delivering outstanding customer service. You will have strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively motivate teams and individuals.
