The Role: We are seeking a Project Co-ordinator - German-speaking to join our project management team. This role would be to support an Account Director in managing the administation processes and procedures driving projects from start to finish.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 6 months of administrative experience who is looking to advance their career in project management within a global creative agency Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and ensure project processes run smoothly. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones and deadlines. Perform administrative tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy. Provide project updates to the Account Director. Communicate fluently in both German and English. Requirements: A recent graduate fluent in German with at least 6 months of administrative experience. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in German and English. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
