Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our Exemplar Health Care team at Wytham Lodge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in care home management and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care planning, and quality assurance.
Salary
A competitive salary-dependent on experience is available for this exciting opportunity. With a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, this is an attractive package that reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Description
As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. This will include:
* Overseeing the development and implementation of care plans
* Leading regular team meetings and providing coaching and feedback
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A registered nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
* Proven experience in care home management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
