Europcar is looking for a Remarketing Auction Administrator - Maternity Cover.
This is a Maternity Cover role on a fixed term contract for approximately 12 months.
Main objectives:
This position adopts a hybrid work model, requiring your presence Monday to Friday for 36.25 hours per week. During the training period, you will be based in our Leicester office for the entire week. However, once the training is successfully completed, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of office and remote work.
As the Remarketing Auction Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Remarketing operation. You will undertake a variety of pre sale, post sale and general sale administration tasks, including stock management, weekly sale allocations, used car order creations, over age stock reporting, supplier management, debt management and as such attention to detail is of the utmost importance

Main duties of the role:
* Stock inventory management
* Over age stock issue reporting
* Managing auction sale schedules
* Liaising between all internal stakeholders and our auction suppliers to ensure necessary documents such as service histories, V5 registration docs are present & correct prior to sales
* Weekly & Monthly performance reporting
* Used Cars Sales Order creation
* Managing vehicle sales payments
* Auction Debt control
* Vehicle releases
* Managing used vehicle purchases, arranging payments and inventory control
* Supporting the Fleet Admin department when required
* Maintain existing filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Key skills and attributes required:
* Experience as an administrative assistant or supplier account controller
* Some automotive experience
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
* Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets & Google Drive
* Good time management and the ability to prioritise & multitask
* Attention to detail
* Good numeracy and written skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
