In addition to a range of long-term programmes across the UK water industry RPS, and Tetra Tech, have successfully won a £100 million single-award framework from United Utilities to support the improvement of river health across the Northwest of England. About The Team RPS Water Consulting is a team of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts providing Asset Management and Operational Strategy development, to our Water Industry clients to support business planning and delivery. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects. You will have a substantial opportunity to contribute to the success of optioneering, outline and detailed design projects across the North West. Your Responsibilities Providing crucial support to the Commercial & Programme Director. General administrative support for the wider Commercial and Programme team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings. Assist with the preparation of documents, such as presentations / spreadsheets and charts. Support with meeting notes. Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information - Assist with and maintaining appropriate client systems. Providing personalised support for other team members Ability to work at Lingley Mere (Warrington) a minimum of three days per week. Ability to travel to multiple sites as and when the Client requires this.Noting - two of the main sites are in Kendal and Warrington. Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
