Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant Location: Grantham and Surrounding Areas Pay: £85-£100 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only) Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work within SEN provisions in Grantham and the surrounding areas. About the Role: Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. Assist in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Support students both 1:1 and in small groups, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning strategies. Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required.
