We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in delivering our early careers recruitment.
As Talent Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Talent Team and Hiring Managers to source exceptional talent for current and future roles, contributing to the growth and diversity of our workforce. Your work will help us attract and retain top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities
You will be based in Leicester, with the flexibility to work on an agile basis. Working closely with the Senior Talent Business Partner and Talent Team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Resourcing and talent pipelining through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, and our Internal Talent Pool.
* Advising applicants of the recruitment process, delivering a brilliant customer experience.
* Daily management of the applicant tracking system.
* Scheduling interviews and offer management alongside the Talent and People and Culture Team.
* Creating engaging advertising campaigns to include social media posts, referral schemes, and early career campaigns.
* Contacting applicants via telephone and email.
* Recruitment marketing campaigns.

About You
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles. We're seeking candidates who demonstrate resilience, adaptability, professionalism, and confidence. Additional key qualities we're looking for include:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great organizational skills, with the ability to manage time with multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A genuine interest in people, with a personable nature that thrives in building relationships.
* Experience with social media and an interest in collaborating with our marketing team to create a strong recruitment marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness.
* Ability to provide honest and valued support.
* A creative mindset with a curious and innovative outlook.
* A keen interest in the Built Environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
